Who we are
Here at Fork Over Plate, our recipes are our own, crafted over years of experience by our executive chef and owner, Kelly, with the highest quality ingredients, and made from scratch. We pride ourselves on creating custom menus tailored to our clients' tastes and serving nothing but the best. Every marinade, sauce, dressing, seasoning, and dish, start from whole ingredients that we prepare fresh for our clients. When there is something we cannot make for ourselves, we source with intention, often turning to the local purveyors, farmers, and artisans of Southern Oregon. It is truly a beautiful and remarkable place, and our goal is to showcase it's bounty while showing our love for the region through our food.
