We hand source every single ingredient, so for example that vegetable you're eating, we’ll have picked through the local farmers market or co-op to find. We do not use any food service delivery company to source our food, we literally go and pick out every single item just for you and your guests. And most importantly we make our food fresh, from whole ingredients and customize our clients' menus to match their exact tastes and preferences.
